"Yes, Steve, but that isn't the link that was given."Yes, Brian but, as I said,  the link that was given worked fine for me. I thought I'd be helpful and provide another link too if some people were having difficulties with the original link.

But will they change to something that can be recycled rather than just incinerated?https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-features/plastic-problem-recycling-myth-big-oil-950957/We need to reduce the amount that we use.

And those awful black plastic bin bags as,well. I use charity bags instead. Apparently millions go into landfill, its crazy. If anyone wants any I've got loads, my neighbours give them to me. PM me. I post this on here and tbh the response was pathetic.😠

Every few months when we've filled our black bin bag we put it out.  It doesn't go to landfill in LBH and LBE.  If I was in LBH and I had a large kitchen bin I'd use them inside out to line it but I tend to fill spinach bags or other non-recyclable smaller bags eg large crisp packets to put in the outside metal dustbin and then when that is full they all go into a black bag.  We are still on the black bags which were handed out by the Council to householders. I maintain that the bigger the bin you have in the kitchen the less likely you are to bother recycling.  You need to swap so that the bigger one is for recyclables. If we had to have a large bedroom/bathroom bin then those white charity bags would be very useful.
