Operations based at 113 Uxbridge Road are being expanded
January 17, 2024
The A2Dominion Group has moved its head office to Ealing resulting in nearly 400 of its staff relocating to the area.
The housing provider, which works closely with Ealing Council, already has a base in Ealing with one of its four regional offices serving tenants based here.
It says the decision to vacate the current registered headquarters at The Point in Paddington Basin, is in line with its new Corporate Strategy which places greater emphasis on customers and core services and will save it over £3.4million a year.
The London and southern England based Group, which manages nearly 38,000 homes 10,000 of which are in west London, relocated nearly 400 staff to 113 Uxbridge Road last month – one of its original and fully owned offices.
Ian Wardle, Chief Executive Officer at A2Dominion, said, “We’re always looking at ways to improve the services that we offer our customers and providing value-for-money is a key aspect of this.
“With the increase in hybrid working, our Paddington office was no longer being used to its full potential, so we made a swift choice to better meet the needs of our organisation and customers.
“The move to Ealing allows us to maximise our hybrid working arrangements by bringing central and customer-facing teams closer together. This is also part of our drive to have a more local and visible presence in the communities that we serve. I’d like to thank all of our colleagues for the understanding and cooperation they’ve shown throughout this transition.”
