Let Sound Carry You Into Calm

Close your eyes, lie down, and feel gentle vibrations of sound wash through your body. A gong bath opens a space of presence for busy minds.

The Experience
People who attend a gong bath experience a deep state of relaxation, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more present after a session.
A gong bath is a form of meditation, using sound vibrations instead of silence.
You lie down on a yoga mat, comfortable and covered, and start listening to the sound that surrounds you. The tones of the gong are first heard through the ears, then felt as gentle vibrations throughout the body, allowing the body and mind to naturally ease off.

Who Gong Baths Are For
Gong baths can be especially beneficial for:

  • Busy people with full schedules
  • Those who find it hard to switch off
  • Anyone feeling mentally or emotionally overloaded

No experience with meditation is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to rest.
