Latest figures point to recovering volumes
New data from the Land Registry is suggesting some recovery in the level of turnover in the local property market.
A larger number of homes have changed hands than in previous months although the amount of transcations remains below the levels seen in previous years.
Volumes remain too thin to reach firm conclusions on where the price level is heading but the average for the month of February was £553,052.
