He will be taking a hands on approach looking after his team of chefs, and working on the fishmonger’s counter, offering advice and inspiration to customers. The restaurant seats 50 with a further 22 seats available to diners in the garden (which is covered and heated when necessary). FishWorks restaurants in Bath, Bristol, Christchurch and now Chiswick focus simply on the quality and range of the fresh seafood – up to 50 different varieties – which customers can choose straight from the fishmonger’s counter. restaurant that was here prior to us - and I was very instantly
struck by what a lovely space it was. So I made a casual comment
to the owner, admiring it and saying that if they were ever thinking
of moving on, we’d definitely be interested….and, well
