Success of August night leads to further date

The Crown and Anchor on Chiswick High Road is hosting another jazz night after the tremendous success of their first venture in August. On Thursday September the 22nd the music will once again be supplied by the legendary 83 year old Jack Honeyborne on piano and Chiswick based musician Eric Gilchrist on alto sax and vocals.

Their mix of swing, blues and ballads from the great American song book was well received and thoroughly enjoyed by the August audience and the newly refurbished pub was packed with most of the tables reserved well in advance and standing room only at the bar.
