As part of a £2 million investment in three leisure centres
New Chiswick Pool on Edensor Road is to get a makeover later this year.
Hounslow Council and Fusion Lifestyle are investing £2 million in leisure centres in the borough. The swimming pools at Hanworth Air Park Leisure Centre, and Isleworth Leisure Centre will also be refurbished.

At New Chiswick Pool, the hall ceiling and high level structures will
be redecorated with the window frames being refurbished. The pool will
have new pool lining and pool lane markings, the pool surround and benching
will be tiled and the changing room floors and ceilings will be completely
        refurbished by specialist contractors.
Fusion plan to start the work in November 2017 when
they close the pool. The works are scheduled to take 12 weeks finishing
near to Christmas 2017 but a spokesperson said, "Don’t worry, we
are phasing all the works we are doing across the borough and the chance
to swim in one of the pools at Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre, Isleworth
Leisure Centre, Heston Pools and Fitness and Hanworth Air Park Leisure
Centre will be available for our users whilst we complete the works at
        New Chiswick Pool."

At Isleworth Leisure Centre, the Lagoon pool will feature an improved
viewing area and will have special windows to ensure privacy for parents,
guardians and their children. The ceiling in the pool area will have new
lighting, plus updated facilities around the pool area.

Plans are available for residents to view and give feedback on from Monday
18 September for two-weeks in the leisure centres.

Residents can also email their views to newchiswick-feedback@fusion-lifestyle.com.
