IMPROMPTU - CHISWICK'S LATEST NIGHT SPOT

Latest Impromptu showcase - Thursday 11th July

Set up by local songwriter and producer Dominique Le Vack, IMPROMPTU is a fortnightly showcase/jam for tunesmiths, musicians, poets, singers and DJ's.

"I wanted a place to go locally to hang out with like minded music lovers, to hear great songs, and to dance,"says Dominique. "There seemed to be nothing around so I approached local club owners Patrick and Modelyn Dennigan who own Lazy Jacks, formally Janet's Planet. They were fantastic, really into the idea and are now helping me promote the event."

Richmond Music Shop supply the PA, and in time Dominique plans to get investment & sponsorship enabling IMPROMPTU to be broadcast live on the internet, and to make CD's of featured artists and DJ's. IMPROMPTU covers a wide area of musical genres.

IMPROMPTU is keen to promote and provide a platform for local talent, so if you are interested make your way down to the next show on Thursday 27th June at 9pm till late.
