The proposed conservation area will be discussed at a meeting of the West Chiswick and Gunnersbury Society on Monday 23 September in the Age Concern building, Oxford Road North - starting at 8.00pm. This meeting is open to all residents in the area - including non-members of the society.
CONSERVATION AREA IN WEST CHISWICK Residents will have received a letter from Hounslow Council seeking their views about the proposed Thorney Hedge and Turnham Green conservation areas. The letter invited residents to return a form to show if they supported, or opposed, this proposal. Responses need to be returned to the Council by 27 September. You may well have received leaflets that either support, or opposed, the Council's proposal. This letter aims to clarify what is involved in living in a conservation area and recommends that you support the Council's proposal.
