The countdown is on for one of the biggest padel events ever staged in the UK, as Rocks Lane in Chiswick prepares to host the EPL Club World Cup 2026 from 1 to 4 July. The tournament will bring 16 elite teams from across Britain and around the world to W4.

This year’s line up is already attracting attention, particularly with the inclusion of Team United, a squad representing the LGBTQ+ community and its allies.

For Rocks Lane’s own Padel Academy, the event offers something especially memorable: the chance for young players to share the court with former European and World Champions.

Last year’s final, a tense contest between PadelRoos and London Rocks, set a high standard for drama. PadelRoos eventually lifted the trophy, but organisers say the 2026 edition will be even faster, fiercer and more international. The action begins on Wednesday 1 July with the EPL Sprint, an exhibition match and the Corporate Cup, followed by the official Opening Ceremony on Thursday 2 July, when teams will parade their national flags before competition begins in earnest. With teams travelling from across Europe and beyond, London will briefly become the centre of the global padel world, with Chiswick at its heart.

The EPL Club World Cup Corporate Day will bring together players, sponsors, media and business leaders for a day of sport and hospitality. Its centrepiece is an exhibition match featuring four leading figures in the game: Marcelo Capitani, Richard Brooks, Alex Grilo and Mike Tolman.

Spectators and players will also be able to enter the EPL Club World Cup Prize Draw, with all proceeds supporting the EPL Rising Stars Programme. This initiative funds free school sessions, community projects, junior development pathways and opportunities for young people who might otherwise never access the sport. Every corporate entry and sponsorship contribution feeds directly into this work, making the tournament not only a showcase of elite performance but a driver of long-term growth.

Throughout the four days, the Hospitality Village will act as the social hub of the event, offering brand activations, international food and drink, live entertainment, games, prizes and opportunities to meet players, coaches and media figures. The aim is to create a festival atmosphere where the energy off the court matches the intensity on it.

Spectator tickets, which include automatic entry into the prize draw, are available via Eventbrite. Enquiries can be directed to events@rockslane.co.uk.

The Euro Padel League, founded by Chris Warren, has quickly become one of the sport’s most dynamic international platforms. Its model blends elite competition with a social-first approach, connecting players, clubs and brands through events. The EPL Club World Cup is its flagship event.
