Smash And Grab Burglary At Chiswick Boathouse

Items stolen include laptop, video cameras and a pink bicycle

Police are investigating a burglary on Tuesday night at the Chiswick Boathouse at Dukes Meadows, where a number of items, including this distinctive pink bicycle, were taken.

The break in took place at 9.14 pm when a man, driving a VW estate car, smashed his way through the front door of the building and into the office and the engine room.

Items stolen included a laptop and two video cameras, three tool boxes , two ocean-blue megaphones, the bike in the picture, and turbo trainer.

The bicycle is particularly distinctive and anyone who spots it is asked to contact the police.
