She may not be the new India but its an experience Brooke will never forget
20 year old Brooke Burfitt-Dons has narrowly missed out on the chance to play the new Hollyoaks character India.
From 1,700 applicants who uploaded auditions to the show's official website, Brooke was among the three finalists selected to attend T4 for a live announcement of the winner.
Brooke (pictured right) told ChiswickW4.com, “I am delighted for Beth Kingston for getting the role. It was a great experience and one I will never forget.”
Despite losing out to her 22 year old rival, Brooke is not short of work. A celebrity interviewer with Leap TV, she is also in rehearsal to sing at a charity concert in September before returning for her final year at UCL studying economics and Russian.
