Chiswick Area Forum Meeting

Resuming Tuesday after the summer break

The next meeting of the Chiswick Area Forum ( CAF) will take place at 7.30pm on Tuesday, September 23, at Chiswick Town Hall.

There are several issues of local importance to be discussed including the big new development at Empire House, and the designation of Chiswick High Road as a Conservation Area.

Also up on the agenda are:

  • Long-term plans to modernise Chiswick Library, and parking at the Library.
  • A petition on pedestrian safety on the A4 (pedestrian island Sutton Lane north)
  • Christmas Lights
  • Traffic calming measures on Barrowgate Road
  • The proposed Traffic Management Orders (TMO) for Bath Road and Turnham Green Terrace
  • Area Forum Street Improvement Fund
  • Various planning matters being ' called in' for local discussion.
