Developer to submit planning application for the Citroën Garage site in the autumn
Leading residential developer L&Q is hosting a further information session as they develop their proposals for the Citroën Garage site. L&Q owns and manages more than 90,000 homes across London and the South East - making it the largest landlord in the capital and one of the largest residential property developers.
Earlier in the summer they invited people to the Watermans Arts Centre to help shape plans for the new public square which is at the heart of the proposed developkment, asking what would improve the area.
A second information session is now taking place so you can find out more about L&Q's proposals and share your feedback with the design team.
Tuesday 5th September, 11am-7pm
Thursday 7th September, 4-7pm
At Brentford Fountain Leisure Centre
The proposed development would provide over 400 new homes including much needed family housing and up to 40% affordable homes. It will also create a new public square that is being designed with community use in mind.
You can email L&Q on L&QBrentford@communitycomms.co.uk or call on 0800 0931 664.
