Steamy Winter Activities
This December the Steam Museum is inviting families to enjoy a whole host of seasonal activities.
The season’s highlight is the Grand New Year Steam Up (29, 30, 31 Dec and 1 Jan), a chance to see all the museum’s majestic engines powering into 2013. At the family table, all ages can use white chalk on black paper to capture the spirit of the locomotive and steam engines in winter. The café will be open and serving hot food throughout the Steam Up, giving Christmas cooks a well-earned rest!
